Billing and Usage
The Billing & Support page keeps you informed about plan limits, invoices, and next steps when you need more capacity. Use it as your control center for everything financial.
Read the Usage Meters
Three meters show how much of your plan you have used this billing cycle:
- Characters converted counts the text you have turned into speech.
- Voice cloning tracks how many cloning slots you have consumed.
- AI prompts includes requests to tools like Translate or script helpers.
Each meter lists the reset date so you know when your allowance refreshes. If you are part of a team, the meters reflect the shared total for everyone on that team.
Manage Your Plan
Click Manage Plan to open the secure customer portal. From there you can:
- Update payment details.
- Switch between plans.
- Download invoices and receipts.
If you navigated here because you hit a limit, use the portal to upgrade or contact us for a custom plan.
Delete an Account
Need to leave Acoust? Scroll to Delete Account. After you confirm, we remove your data, sign you out, and redirect you to the start page. This action is permanent, so download anything you need first.
Notes for Team Members
- Team usage meters are shared across every member, so coordinate with your colleagues if you are nearing a limit.
- Only admins can change the plan or update billing information.
- Removing your personal login does not cancel the team subscription; another admin can still manage remaining seats.
